Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my questions before purchasing?
No. Browse the free Question Inspiration Guide, then prepare your own numbered list. Choose your service and any extras, then complete the WooCommerce checkout. Prepare your intentions privately through My Readings after payment.
Must I tell Erin my questions?
For the Dowsing component of a recorded or live reading, your numbered question wording may stay private. Hold the intention behind each number; sharing is optional. You do not need to submit private question wording at checkout.
What is included in the Angel Card video?
Erin divides the full deck into three piles and uses the rods to select a pile, repeating until one card remains. The entire selection and interpretation are filmed. Angel Card Guidance is CAD $55 with a personal video keepsake.
How is Combined different?
All eight numbered Dowsing questions plus the full filmed Angel Card selection and interpretation in one personal video. At CAD $85, it saves CAD $35 compared with buying both full recorded readings separately.
Can I add more Dowsing questions?
Recorded Dowsing and Combined only: +5 questions for +CAD $25 per pack, at most two packs, for 8, 13 or 18 questions. Select your packs with your reading; your purchased 8, 13 or 18-question allowance is saved with your order.
Is Private Live a live version of the recorded products?
It is one separate, intention-led session at CAD $165. Erin may use rods, cards, other divination tools or intuitive messages. No fixed tool combination or answered question count is promised.
