Your service
Choose your recorded reading, Private Live Reading or Distance Reiki through our WooCommerce checkout. Prices are in CAD before applicable taxes; your final total and selected extras appear at checkout. An account lets you prepare and manage your purchased experiences in My Readings.
Recorded readings
Recorded Angel, Dowsing and Combined readings include a personal video keepsake and require no appointment. Delivery turnaround is 24–48 hours after payment and preparation. Dowsing and Combined include eight questions, with up to two optional packs of five questions at CAD $25 per pack. Your question wording may stay private.
Appointments
Live and Distance Reiki appointments are mutually arranged after payment. Payment does not reserve or confirm a time. Send your availability and time zone through My Readings; Erin confirms the agreed appointment personally. Reiki is a 30-minute distance session without a phone or video call.
Live cancellations and refunds
Live cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations are handled individually. Use My Readings to submit a request, or contact hello@theempath.ca. Eligible refunds are processed through WooCommerce and the payment provider. For other service or refund questions, contact Erin.
Recording and video access
Live recording is OFF by default. A purchased simple replay costs an additional CAD $25. Purchase does not authorize recording: separate informed consent and capture capability must be confirmed before recording begins. Video access is guaranteed for at least six months from delivery and may remain available longer, with no automatic expiry. Keep viewing links private; anyone with an unlisted YouTube link may be able to view or share it.
Scope of guidance
Readings support spiritual reflection and entertainment. Reiki is a complementary spiritual wellness experience. Neither replaces professional healthcare, medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
